I've joined companies as their first in-house designer more than once, building the workflows and asset libraries from scratch and keeping brand consistency alive across every touchpoint — sales materials, print, campaigns, digital.
I also speak enough motion, 3D, product and UI/UX to brief and direct specialists in those areas properly — what's realistic, how long it actually takes, and how it fits the bigger system, so you're not translating between disciplines yourself.
Structure matters to me as much as the creative work: my process has measurably cut turnaround time by 15% and improved team efficiency by 13%. I like building things that hold up as a company grows, not just at launch.
